It’s the highlight of every summer in Munich, and we’re happy to announce that the Tollwood Sommerfestival will be starting up in June at Olympiapark!
That’s right – from June 16th to July 16th this year, Olympiapark will once again become a big celebration of music and culture, with plenty of tantalizing organic food stalls, live music and in classic Tollwood fashion, provocative installations and performances to be enjoyed.

The Tollwood Sommerfestival musical line-up has always been one of the many highlights. This year, the Musik-Arena will be hosting concerts from artists such as The Lumineers, Tom Jones, Placebo and Ayliva. Click here for a full list of performers.

This year’s Tollwood Sommerfestival has over 50 organic food stalls representing 20 different countries from around the world… All your Tollwood favourites like Langos, burritos, and crepes will be back, so yes, we recommend you bring stretchy pants.

This year Tollwood Sommerfestival offers a free children’s tent where they will do crafty activities and free youth programs where they will have a variety of workshops from Capoeira to graffiti and DJ workshops. While they paint on walls, why not treat yourself to a cocktail?

S-beach
With a touch of Caribbean reggae feeling, Stadtsparkasse and Tollwood Sommerfestival welcome you to their beach area, where you can play table tennis, enjoy a cocktail, relax and listen to music while your children jump on the trampoline.
