Following a series of changes announced this week regarding Bavaria’s lockdown exit strategy, yet another big change is coming into effect tomorrow, May 8. That’s right – from tomorrow onwards, meetings of two households will be allowed to take place.

This announcement, confirmed here by Muenchen.de, means that individuals will be able to meet more than just one person outside of their household/family, so long as there is a maximum of two households present.

According to the announcement, this applies to outdoor situations (e.g. parks, beer gardens when they open), as well as indoor situations (e.g. one’s private residence).

So, who’s ready for a double date?! You can read a full summary of Bavaria’s lockdown exit strategy here.
