Bipoc and Friends Kulturstrand Beach Day
Join the Afro community from Munich and its vicinity for a fun-filled day at the beach: BIPoC & Friends at Kulturstrand München!
Featuring exciting DJs, live performances, empowerment, Card Games, and delicious snacks and drinks. If you’re looking to make some new friends and connect with your community, this is the perfect event for you.

Hula Hoop Workshop
Are you interested in mastering the art of hula hoop dancing? This workshop offers a blend of body movements, rhythmic dance sequences, and hula hoop tricks that span across the entire body.

Bavarian Dance Course For the Kocherlball
Come enjoy the dance courses at Munich Hofbräuhaus on Thursday, July 6th. All experience levels are welcome (including solo dancers)!

Dancing in Westpark
Discover the joy of dancing every Friday in Westpark. Starting at 7:15 p.m., these one-hour dance classes are hosted by the cultural and leisure sports departments.
The classes will take place on the gymnastics meadow during the summer of 2023, weather permitting.

Mental Health Festival
The second weekend of July will be host to the Mental Health Arts Festival, which will be offering a spectacular range of interactive activities. Engage in Slam Poetry, join the Go Sing Choir for a collective singing experience, and discover self-expression through dance workshops.
Professional comic artists explore creative ways to express mental health, and expert-led lectures and discussions delve into understanding mental health and personal well-being.

Atelier Park Open Door Event
Come get a glimpse of over 70 studios, get to know the community, and spend a wonderful day in the cozy studio park at Banhwärter Thiel.

Shrek…The Play!
The Kinder-Bühnenwerkstatt Munich is a free theater ensemble composed of 20 children and young people. Together, they love telling stories on stage and creating great events for a wide audience. The project was initiated by Alexander Goy (freelance educator who focuses on teaching music and theater).
The group will perform Shrek for their annual showcase. Curious to see their adaptation and find out what a drag queen has to do with it? Reserve your spot for one of their many performances and find out!
