At a press conference earlier this afternoon, Bavarian Minister-President Markus Söder announced that FFP2 face masks will be mandatory in shops and on public transport starting Monday across Bavaria.

This means that previously acceptable coverings such as fabric face masks and scarves will no longer be sufficient.

Both Söder and Bavaria’s new Minister of Health, Klaus Holetschek said today that there should be sufficient supply of FFP2 masks across Bavaria.

In-person, you will be able to purchase them at most pharmacies and we’ve also heard that chain shops like Rossmann also carry them (while supplies last).

If however if you’re wondering where to purchase them online, we have some options for you below.

Where to Buy FFP2 Masks Online

If you do not currently have any FFP2 masks and would look into online options, we were just able to purchase a few on Amazon fairly easily.

NOTE: Be sure to thoroughly read reviews and use your own judgment before purchasing. We unfortunately don’t have any experience with these masks yet, but their links are presented below for your reference.

These were the cheapest options we found on Amazon, available in a pack of 30.

You can also find packs of 10 here and 20 here, although many appear to be selling out really quickly.
